Free Breakfast for Mom at IKEA - or close to free, anyway (Coquitlam, Richmond)

On the IKEA website, the Coquitlam and Richmond locations are advertising FREE breakfasts for Mom on Mother's Day. However, the fine print states:
"Bring mom to IKEA on Mother's Day and we'll treat her to a FREE $1 breakfast. "
How $1 equals free has me laughing out loud, but I suppose $1 is close to free these days anyway!
The first 100 moms would also receive a small gift from IKEA. Breakfast is served between 9:30 and 11 am.
Last I checked on other locations across Canada, there were no Mother's Day events scheduled, unfortunately (what's with that!?).

You can also bring your kids to IKEA Coquitlam or Richmond on May 9 from 11 am - 2 pm and make a lovely gift for mom!
